对磁流变减振器进行三维磁路有限元分析和阻尼力计算。基于商用磁流变减振器的结构特点,在CATIA软件中建立简化的1/8三维模型;结合Hypermesh软件和ANSYS软件的优点,应用棱边法进行三维静态非线性电磁场分析。通过实验测取磁流变液的性能参数,采用平均磁流变液区域的磁感应强度和磁场强度的方法,获得控制电流与阻尼力关系曲线。
Three-dimensional finite element analysis and damping force calculation of MR damper. Based on the structural characteristics of MR damper, a simplified 1/8 three-dimensional model was built in CATIA software. By combining the advantages of Hypermesh software and ANSYS software, the three-dimensional static nonlinear electromagnetic field was analyzed by edge method. The performance parameters of magnetorheological fluid were measured experimentally, and the relationship between the control current and the damping force was obtained by using the method of magnetic induction and magnetic field strength in the region of the average magnetorheological fluid.
