在Gleeble 3800热模拟试验机上,在接近叶片模锻变形速率条件下,系统分析了GH4413合金的高温压缩变形行为,建立了合金热塑性图和热加工再结晶图,获得的最佳热加工工艺成功应用于大尺寸叶片的模锻生产。叶片解剖分析表明,叶片组织均匀、致密,晶粒细小,无明显冶金缺陷和热加工缺陷,性能完全满足技术条件要求。
The hot deformation behavior of GH4413 alloy was analyzed systematically on the Gleeble 3800 thermal simulator at a rate close to the forging deformation of the blade, and the thermomechanical graph and hot recrystallization recrystallization diagram of the alloy were established.
