以热浸镀方法制备了渗铝钢 .通过静态腐蚀失重实验 ,极化曲线测量 ,交流阻抗图谱测试以及电子探针微观分析对渗铝钢在H2 S NaCl H2 O体系中的腐蚀行为进行了研究 ,并对腐蚀机理进行了一些探索 .实验结果表明 :由于表面氧化膜 ,富铝层和中间合金化层的存在 ,使得渗铝钢在H2 S NaCl H2 O体系中的平均腐蚀速率比碳钢低两到三个数量级 ;体系中存在的Cl-对渗铝钢表面氧化膜有破坏作用 ,易诱发点蚀 .在渗铝钢合金化层中越远离碳钢基体的中间相铝含量越高 ,对H2 S的抗蚀性越好
The aluminized steel was prepared by hot-dip method.The corrosion behavior of aluminized steel in H2S NaCl H2 O system was studied by means of static corrosion weight loss test, polarization curve measurement, AC impedance spectroscopy and electron probe microanalysis The results show that the average corrosion rate of aluminized steel in H2S NaCl H2 O system is lower than that of carbon steel due to the existence of surface oxide film, aluminum-rich layer and intermediate alloyed layer Two to three orders of magnitude; the presence of Cl- in the system has the damaging effect on the oxide film on the surface of the aluminized steel, easy to induce pitting corrosion in the aluminized steel alloying layer farther away from the carbon steel matrix mesophase aluminum content higher H2 S better corrosion resistance
