构建和谐企业是落实科学发展观的根本要求党的十八大报告指出:必须更加自觉地把以人为本作为深入贯彻落实科学发展观的核心立场,始终把实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民根本利益作为党和国家一切工作的出发点和落脚点,尊重人民首创精神,保障人民各项权益,不断在实现发展成果由人民共享、促进人的全面发展上取得新成效。报告中的这段论述不仅指出和谐发展始终是社会主义企业的根本原则,而且明确了构建和谐企业的方向、任务。
