天津周大福中心的雨棚采用悬挑索结构,拉索与钢管混凝土柱的连接节点设计是雨棚设计的重要内容。为了使两者可靠连接,提出了两种索-钢管混凝土柱节点的构造形式。运用有限元方法分析了两种节点构造形式的受力性能,对比了两种节点的失效模式、承载力和应力分布。结果表明,两种节点的失效模式均为销轴孔壁承压破坏,通过改变耳板的厚度和销轴的直径可以调整节点的承载力。通过比较,设计荷载下节点A中钢管和混凝土的应力水平低于节点B。对节点A进行了进一步的优化以满足工程应用要求,并提出了一般的索-钢管混凝土柱节点构造建议。
The canopy of Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Center adopts the cantilever cable structure. The design of the connection between the cable and the concrete-filled steel tubular column is an important part of the canopy design. In order to connect the two reliably, two types of cable-concrete filled steel tubular column joints are proposed. The finite element method is used to analyze the mechanical behavior of two kinds of joints and the failure modes, bearing capacity and stress distribution of the two kinds of joints are compared. The results show that the failure modes of the two kinds of joints are the bearing failure of the hole wall of the pin shaft. The bearing capacity of the joint can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the lug plate and the diameter of the pin shaft. By comparison, the stress level of steel pipe and concrete in node A under design load is lower than that of node B. The node A is further optimized to meet the engineering application requirements, and a general proposal of cable - concrete filled steel tubular column joints is proposed.
