研究了拉伸与压缩之间的175℃时效对双相钢中的Bauschinger效应和矫顽力的影响。结果表明:拉伸后时效可以使随后压缩时双相钢的屈服强度提高到拉伸预流变应力的水平,并出现上、下屈服点,使原来的Bauschinger效应消除。但175℃时效并不改变矫顽力随拉伸和压缩的变化,亦即不改变预应变引人的背应力。文中提出了背应力的测定方法,并对实验结果在双相钢实际应用中的意义进行了讨论。
The effect of 175 ℃ aging between tensile and compressive on Bauschinger effect and coercivity in dual-phase steel was investigated. The results show that after aging, the yield strength of the dual phase steel can be increased to the level of the tensile pre-flow stress, and the upper and lower yield points appear. The original Bauschinger effect is eliminated. However, 175 ℃ aging does not change the coercive force with the tensile and compressive changes, that does not change the introduction of prestrain induced back stress. In this paper, the measurement method of back stress is proposed and the significance of the experimental results in the practical application of dual phase steel is discussed.
