通过对钻井泥浆泵带泵传动方式的对比,从制造成本、体积重量、空间紧凑、传动效率能耗、现场安装操作、进厂维修等几个方面对:1)直接多根皮带轮传动;2)二级变速箱多根皮带轮传动;3)液力变矩器多根皮带轮传动;4)直接变频电机多根皮带轮传动;5)链传动这5种方式的对比和探讨,得出链传动是一种比较折中的可行的一种钻井泥浆泵带动方式。
Through the comparison of drilling pump with mud pump, from several aspects of manufacturing cost, volume weight, space compactness, transmission efficiency and energy consumption, on-site installation operation, factory maintenance and so on: 1) direct multiple pulleys drive; 2) The second gearbox multi-pulley drive; 3) Torque converter multi-pulley drive; 4) direct frequency motor multi-pulley drive; 5) chain drive comparison and discussion of these five ways, concluded that the chain drive is a A more compromised viable drilling mud pump driven way.
