天津市在建设国家职业教育改革试验区过程中应实现在全国的“示范”作用。在发挥职业教育促进经济和社会发展的决定作用,把职业技术教育作为整个教育体系的核心,进一步提升职业技术教育的培养目标方面,为引领全国职业教育发展提供启示、阐示和标示,在构建现代职业教育体系,确立职业教育标准,办学主体的多元化方面,成为全国职业教育改革的范型、范本和范例。
In the process of building a national vocational education reform pilot zone, Tianjin should realize the “model” role in the country. In order to give play to the decisive role of vocational education in promoting economic and social development, regard vocational and technical education as the core of the entire education system and further enhance the training objectives of vocational and technical education, and provide enlightenment, clarification and labeling for leading the development of vocational education throughout the country. The modern vocational education system has established the standard of vocational education and the diversification of the main body of running a school. It has become the model, model and paradigm of vocational education reform in the country.
