在党内民主问题上,各政党不管其性质如何,都把规范完善党内选举作为发展党内民主必不可少的关键一环。特别是伴随着代议民主制和普选制的发展,国外一些主要政党在党内民主选举建设上都有不少创新举措。探究分析国外政党在推进党内选举方面的做法和经验,对于进一步推进中国共产党的党内民主建设具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。
On the question of inner-party democracy, regardless of the nature of political parties, all political parties have standardized and perfected inner-party elections as an indispensable part of the development of inner-party democracy. Especially with the development of representative democracy and universal suffrage system, some major foreign political parties have many innovative measures in the democratic election of the party. Studying and analyzing the practices and experiences of foreign political parties in promoting inner-party elections has some reference value and reference significance for further promoting the CPC’s inner-party democracy.
