从17世纪至19世纪的三百多年间,大规模的乡邦文献纂辑活动在桐城民间持续进行着,这成为桐城地域学术文化的重要表征。这些文献编纂活动多掩藏于文学史的研究架构之下没有得到系统的发掘和重视。笔者通过各类史料钩稽,现将所得桐城通邑性乡邦文献编撰活动及成就择其要者按时代顺序辑录如下,以见明清桐城地方文献之盛。1.《桐彝》《迩训》,方学渐撰 From the 17th century to the 19th century, more than 300 years, large-scale rural literature editing activities continued in Tongcheng folk, which became an important symbol of Tongcheng regional academic culture. The editing activities of these documents are mostly hidden behind the research structure of literary history and have not been systematically explored and valued.
