研究不同辐射方法对冬小麦各种经济性状的影响,是辐射育种的重要环节。本文拟通过多年试验结果,阐明不同辐射方法的效应。一、照射干种子多年来共处理20多个品种,剂量最低1.5万伦,最高5万伦,从后代的观察结果看,照射干种子,可获得以下的经济性状。 1.可出现早熟、粒大的后代。如在照射剂量为2万伦的矮丰2号三代中和在照射剂量为1.5万伦的矮丰1号三代中(表1),均出现了早熟、粒大的植株。这些植株不但苗期生长旺盛,抽穗早,成熟比对照早7天,籽粒饱满,千粒重提高约6.5克,最高达9.5克。
