本文通过对旅游业发展过程中导游队伍起到的重要作用和导游必须具备的基本素质进行分析,结合我国旅游业的特点,就如何加强导游队伍素质建设工作进行了研究。
Based on the analysis of the important role that guided tour teams play in the process of tourism development and the basic qualities that tour guides must have, this paper studies how to enhance the quality of tour guides based on the characteristics of tourism in our country.
