随着我国行政管理人员教育培训工作强度不断加大,党校工作正面临着巨大的挑战,党校各项工作的要求也在不断提高。党校行政管理是党校全面科学发展的重要保证,是提高党校教学水平的重要支撑,是党校的一项高难度、高挑战的管理系统。党校是否正常顺利进行取决于党校行政管理系统是否符合新时期要求,然而就目前党校行政管理的实际工作情况来看,行政管理系统很难适应新时期发展需要,面临着诸多新问题、新局势。本文从我国实际情况出发,阐述了行政管理中的许多问题以及针对问题提出的相应对策。
