观察通脉益智胶囊对实验性兔动脉粥样硬化的影响和作用。 2 1只健康雄性日本大白兔按体重随机分为 3组 ,实验全程 1 2周。结果 :与胆固醇造模组比较 ,通脉益智胶囊组实验动物兔血中总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白显著下降 ,高密度脂蛋白显著上升 ;血浆一氧化氮、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的含量明显升高 ,丙二醛显著下降 ;血栓素B2 明显降低 ,6 酮 前列腺素F1α有明显的上升趋势。同时通脉益智胶囊具有明显的减少实验动物兔主动脉及冠状动脉脂质沉着 ,缩小其斑块面积 ,保护主动脉内皮细胞的作用。结论 :通脉益智胶囊具有良好的抗动脉粥样硬化的作用 ,这可能与其调节血脂 ,减少氧化自由基损伤 ,调节血栓素B2 6 酮 前列腺素F1α平衡 ,保护内皮细胞有关。
Observe the effects and effects of Tongmai Yizhi Capsule on experimental atherosclerosis in rabbits. 2 One healthy male Japanese white rabbit was randomly divided into 3 groups according to body weight. At the same time, Tongmai Yizhi Capsule has obvious effects on reducing aorta and coronary lipid deposition in experimental animals, reducing its plaque area and protecting aortic endothelial cells. Conclusion: Tongmai Yizhi capsule has good anti-atherosclerosis effect, which may be related to regulating blood lipids, reducing oxidative free radical damage, regulating the balance of thromboxane B2 6 ketoprostaglandin F1α, and protecting endothelial cells.
