目的:采用正交试验法优化解毒退热颗粒中黄芩苷的提取工艺。方法:以黄芩苷的含量和出膏率为指标,采用正交试验法考察加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数3个因素对提取工艺的影响,选择最佳提取工艺。结果:解毒退热颗粒中黄芩苷的最佳提取工艺为加6倍水,提取2次,每次1.5h。结论:此法操作简单有效,稳定可行,可作为解毒退热颗粒中黄芩苷的提取工艺。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of baicalin in detoxification and antipyretic granules by orthogonal test. Methods: Using baicalin content and the rate of ointment as an index, orthogonal test was used to investigate the effects of three factors on the extraction process, such as water addition multiple, extraction time and extraction time, and the best extraction process was selected. Results: The best extraction technology of baicalin in Jiedujiegao granules was 6 times of water, extracted twice, 1.5h each time. Conclusion: This method is simple and effective, stable and feasible, and can be used as the extraction technology of baicalin in detoxification and antipyretic granules.
