抗癌新药4、6—O—苄叉基—a—D—吡喃葡萄糖(简称BG) 是八十年代初发现的具有抗癌作用的苯甲醛类衍生物,是疗效可观的化疗药物。本文报道其合成工作。在此过程中分别用国产活性炭和石油醚代替原文献中的国外产品 DarcoG一60和戊烷,所得产品收率为11% 经用元素分析、质谱、红外光谱等指标确定其化学结构。并对合成过程中分离到的一新的副产物进行了结构探讨。
New anti-cancer drug 4,6-O-benzylidene-a-D-glucopyranose (BG) is an anti-cancer benzaldehyde derivative discovered in the early 1980s and is a promising chemotherapeutic drug. This article reports on its synthesis. In the process, domestic activated carbon and petroleum ether were respectively used to replace DarcoG-60 and pentane in the original document. The yield of the product was 11%. The chemical structure was determined by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry and infrared spectroscopy. The structure of a new byproduct isolated from the synthesis process was discussed.
