目的观察并研究妇科患者行腹腔镜术后并发症的发生情况以及有效护理措施。方法 165例行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者,根据其具体的病情对其实施相应的护理干预措施。结果 165例行腹腔镜手术治疗患者中,有24例(14.5%)患者出现手术并发症。经过有效的治疗与护理干预后,所有患者均健康出院。结论行腹腔镜手术治疗的妇科患者在术后可能会因为多种原因而发生并发症,护理人员要密切地观察与监测患者的并发症发生情况,并提供有效的护理措施,进而有效地促进患者康复。
Objective To observe and study the incidence of postoperative laparoscopic gynecological complications and effective nursing measures. Methods A total of 165 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were given appropriate nursing interventions according to their specific conditions. Results Of the 165 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery, 24 (14.5%) patients had surgical complications. After effective treatment and nursing intervention, all patients were discharged healthily. Conclusions Gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery may have complications after a variety of reasons. Caregivers should closely observe and monitor the patient’s complications and provide effective nursing measures to effectively promote the patients Rehabilitation.
