在14种芳香族化合物的色谱分离过程中,采用了均匀-重复设计优化法优化分离条件,并将量子粒子群算法应用到搜索最佳分离条件的过程中。结果表明:经过2次对反相液相色谱二元流动相分离条件的寻优,获得分析14种芳香族化合物的最优等度分离条件。
In the chromatographic separation of 14 aromatic compounds, the uniform-repeated design optimization method was used to optimize the separation conditions and the quantum particle swarm optimization was applied to search the optimal separation conditions. The results showed that the best isocratic conditions for the analysis of 14 aromatic compounds were obtained after two optimized conditions for the separation of binary mobile phase in reversed-phase liquid chromatography.
