心理学家发现,幸福的秘诀是“与他人相连”。从这个意义上讲,社交网站似乎天然地具有给人带来幸福的属性。但社交网络当前的发展似乎并未沿着这个初衷前进,换句话讲,社交网络与其说能帮助人们获得幸福,不如说让人们的幸福变得更“脆弱”。本文从个体幸福感的两个成分——生活满意度和情绪入手,从一些代表性的研究成果和具体的使用案例和场景入手,解读社交网络是如何通过加剧“社会比较”降低生活满意度,如何通过生成消极情绪、加剧“情绪传染”破坏情绪体验的,进而探讨我们应该如何使用社交网络,促使其发挥积极作用。
Psychologists have found that the secret of happiness is “connected with others ”. In this sense, social networking sites seem to naturally have attributes that bring happiness to people. However, the current development of social networks does not seem to go along with this original intention. In other words, social networks are not as “vulnerable” as they are to help people get happiness. This article starts from the two components of individual happiness - life satisfaction and emotions. Starting from some representative research results and specific use cases and scenarios, this article explains how social networks reduce life satisfaction by exacerbating “social comparison ” How to create a negative emotion, aggravate emotional experience, and then explore how we should use the social network to promote its positive role.
