教师专业成长是教师为提升自己的专业素养,用心参与学习、培训、实践、反思等活动,促进自己在教育思想、知识结构、理论水平和教育能力等方面的发展。教师专业成长虽然在很大程度上受教师所处环境的影响,但更重要的是取决于教师本身,取决于教师是否有成长的意识。笔者认为,教师想让自己的专业之路走得更远,理应具备如下所述的“四聚”意识。
Professional development of teachers is to promote their own professionalism, intentions to participate in learning, training, practice, reflection and other activities, to promote their own educational thinking, knowledge structure, theoretical level and educational ability and other aspects of development. Although teacher professional growth is largely influenced by the environment in which teachers are employed, more importantly, it depends on the teachers themselves, depending on whether teachers have a sense of growing up. The author believes that teachers want to go their own professional way farther, should have the following “ ” Simei "consciousness.
