采用回顾性研究对我科两种报告流程进行危急值接受时间及医疗干预时间的比较,结果显示自动化警示提醒报告的接受时间及干预时间均较短(P<0.01)。采取自动化警示提醒报告流程不仅可以简化报告程序,提高工作效率,还可以使危急值结果存档更加规范化、统一化、标准化及信息化,防范医疗纠纷,切实提高危重患者就医质量。
A retrospective study was conducted to compare the time of critical value acceptance and the time of medical intervention between the two reporting sections of our department. The results showed that both the acceptance time and the intervention time of the automated warning reminder report were short (P <0.01). Adoption of automated alert reminder reporting process can not only simplify the reporting process and improve work efficiency, but also enable the archiving of critical value results to be more standardized, unified, standardized and informatized to prevent medical disputes and effectively improve the quality of medical care of critically ill patients.
