近几年来,各地各部门按照“纠建并举”的方针,坚持“谁主管,谁负责”的原则,通过集中整顿和专项治理,加大查纠力度,解决了一些群众反映强烈的热点问题,使纠风治乱专项治理工作形成了比较好的势头。但是,我们也必须清醒地看到,群众反映的一些突出问题还没有得到切实有效的解决。
