目的：探讨在综合IC U 实行专人静脉管道维护的效果，为患者导管的护理及并发症的预防提供参考。方法：将在 IC U 治疗需要输液的547例患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组280例，实行专人静脉管道维护；对照组267例，实行多人静脉管道维护。比较两组静脉管道留置时间、并发症发生率及患者满意度变化。结果：观察组静脉管道留置时间及患者满意度高于对照组，而并发症低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：在IC U 实行专人静脉管道维护有利于延长静脉管道留置时间，提高患者满意度，减少并发症的发生。“,”Objective To discuss the effect of the venous catheter maintenance by the special nurse and provide reference for nursing and prevention of complication in ICU ward .Methods 547 patients requiring central venous catheterization were randomized into the observation group(280 cases) and the control group(267 cases) .The former ,which implement the venous catheter maintenance by the special nurse .The latter ,which use the altenate nurse to do that .To compare the venous catheters’ survival life ,complication -probability and the satisfactory degree of the patients .Results The complication -probability of the former was less than that of the latter (P<0 .05) ,and the survival life and the satisfactory degree of the former was higher than that of the latter .Conclusion To perform the venous catheter maintenance by the special nurse is propitious to prolong the venous catheters’ survival life ,reduce the complication -probability of the patients .
