中西方人际关系模式在逻辑起点、文化传统、格局特征以及重心倾向四方面存在明显差异,群体主义与个人主义是两者的本质区别所在。由于东西方文化的碰撞、应试教育的阉割以及市场经济的侵蚀,大学礼仪教育面临诸多问题,如高校对礼仪教育定位的误区,课程设置的分散性倾向以及师资力量的不均衡配置。最后基于中西方人际关系的特点,提出优化礼仪教育课程、丰富礼仪教育实践活动以及形成家庭、社会、高校的教育主体合力。
The pattern of interpersonal relationship between China and the West has obvious differences in four aspects: logic starting point, cultural tradition, pattern characteristics and center of gravity. Collectivism and individualism are the essential differences between the two. Due to the collision of Eastern and Western cultures, the castration of exam-oriented education and the erosion of the market economy, etiquette education in colleges and universities is facing many problems, such as the misunderstanding of etiquette education orientation in colleges and universities, the tendency of decentralization of curricula and the unbalanced allocation of teachers. Finally, based on the characteristics of the interpersonal relationship between China and the West, this paper puts forward the optimization etiquette education curriculum, enriches the practice of etiquette education and forms the joint force of education subjects in the family, society and colleges.
