目的对凉山彝药红棕杜鹃(原变种)Rhododendron rubiginosum Franch.var.rubiginosum叶的化学成分进行研究。方法利用各种色谱技术与半制备HPLC色谱分离纯化,并通过比较已知化合物的理化性质与光谱数据鉴定它们的结构。结果分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别鉴定为一个剪叶苔烷(herbertane)型倍半萜[(-)-α-Herbertenol(1)],一个黄酮[草质素-8-甲醚(2)],五个苯丙素[对-羟基苯丙酸甲酯(3),反式阿魏酸(4),二氢阿魏酸甲基酯(5),1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)丙烷-1-酮(6),顺式肉桂酸(7)],及五个芳香族化合物[苯乙酸(8),香草酸(9),对羟基苯甲醛(10),对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(11),对羟基苯乙酸乙酯(12)]。结论化合物1~12均为首次从本种分离得到。另外,首次从杜鹃花属植物中发现剪叶苔烷(herbertane)型倍半萜化合物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Rhododendron rubiginosum Franch.var.rubiginosum from Liangshan Yi medicinal rhododendron (original variant). Methods The compounds were separated and purified by semi-preparative HPLC using various chromatographic techniques. Their structures were identified by comparing physicochemical properties and spectral data of known compounds. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as a herbertane type sesquiterpene [(-) - α-Herbertenol (1)], a flavonoid [ Five phenylpropanoids [methyl p-hydroxybenzenepropanoate (3), trans-ferulic acid (4), methyl ferrocene (5), 1- (4-hydroxy- (6), cis-cinnamic acid (7)] and five aromatic compounds [phenylacetic acid (8), vanillic acid (9), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde ), Ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate (11), ethyl p-hydroxyphenylacetate (12)]. Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 12 were isolated from this species for the first time. In addition, herbertane-type sesquiterpenoids are found from Rhododendron for the first time.
