用阴离子合成洗涤剂(LAS)选择性电极(简称AD电极)测定洗衣工场及漂染废水中的LAS方法探讨

本文用上海有机化学研究所的以三庚基十二烷基铵与十二烷基苯磺酸形成的离子对化合物,为电极活性材料所制成的液膜型阴离子洗涤剂选择电极(AD电极)。用电位滴定法或多次连续标准加入法,测定了洗衣工场废水及漂染废水中的LAS。检测下限:电位滴定法为1毫克/升LAS,多次连续标准添加法为0.1毫克/升。电位滴定变异系数≤±7%。回收率:91%—109%之间。具有操作简便、慢速、准确,与甲烯蓝紫外分光光度法测得结果基本相符。由于家庭和工业上使用的合成洗涤剂的改型,即由阴离子型支链苯磺酸钠(简称ABS),改成阴离子直链烷基苯磺酸钠(简称LAS)。目前洗涤剂工场及漂染厂排放的废水中主要是阴离子型直链烷基苯硫酸钠(LAS)。随着洗涤剂用量的不断增长,排放水中的阴离子合成洗涤剂,已成为环境污染的一个来源。上海市环保局已制订出LAS的排放标准。目前检测排放水中的LAS普遍采用次甲基蓝比色法,但其操作繁琐,所用氯仿有毒,并在可见光部份由于漂染废水本身的颜色及所含有机物,经UV—260型分光光度计的光谱扫描分析,干扰较大。近年来用阴离子洗涤剂选择性电极为指示电极,电位滴定法测定在洗衣工场废水中阴离子合成洗涤剂的方法有所报道,但用于漂染废水中无专文报道,对多次连续标准添加法也未见报道。我们使用液膜型洗涤剂选择性电极(简称AD电极),作为终点指示电极,而用单液接饱和甘汞电极作参比电极,以电位滴定法及多次连续标准添加法,可测定洗衣工场及漂染废水中的LAS。检测下限为1毫克/升(电位滴定法);0.1毫克/升(多次连续标准添加法),变异系数≤7%,回收率92%—109%,它与甲烯蓝紫外分光光度法测得的结果相符,具有操作简单,分析周期短,没有溶剂污染等优点。 In this paper, the ion-pair compound formed by the heptanyl dodecylammonium and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid of Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry is a liquid film type anionic detergent selection electrode made of electrode active material (AD electrode ).
