通过对中山市中小企业技术创新知识产权保护现状的实地调查,笔者发现:中小企业技术创新存在战略意识薄弱、内部管理水平不高、外部支持不够等问题,加之受到技术、资金、信息瓶颈的制约,知识产权保护面临重重障碍。基于对影响中小企业知识产权保护的内外部因素的分析,结合调查获知的实际情况,本文认为,要加强中山市中小企业知识产权保护,需要从完善内部知识产权管理、优化技术创新知识产权保护外部环境入手,多渠道解决企业难融资、缺动力、差技术等制约知识产权保护的障碍。
Through the field investigation on the current situation of intellectual property protection of SMEs in Zhongshan City, the author finds out that there are some problems such as weak strategic awareness, low level of internal management and insufficient external support in technological innovation of SMEs. In addition, they are constrained by the bottleneck of technology, capital and information , Intellectual property protection faces numerous obstacles. Based on the analysis of the internal and external factors that affect the protection of intellectual property of SMEs and the actual situation of the investigation, this paper argues that to strengthen the protection of intellectual property of medium and small-sized enterprises in Zhongshan need to improve the management of internal intellectual property and optimize the protection of intellectual property outside technological innovation Environment, multi-channel solution to difficult financing, lack of power, poor technology and other obstacles to the protection of intellectual property rights.
