正交场电子枪噪声的机理正在研究之中。按照我们的理论:假定空间电荷限制下的过量噪声是由返馈效应引起的,并随着电场与返回阴极的电子注之间的相互作用而增长。我们把多年前研究无磁场二极管中空间电荷平滑散粒噪声的分析方法加以推广。以一阶方程来描述电位的扰动和以特定速度从阴极发射的和谐地变化的、电流的扰动。从而解决了注入电流各种可能的速度的扰动问题。再将到达阳极的扰动电流综合起来,以确定电流的谱线密度。
The mechanism of the noise of the orthogonal field electron gun is under study. According to our theory, it is assumed that the excessive noise under the space charge limitation is caused by the feedback effect and increases with the interaction between the electric field and the electron injection back to the cathode. We popularize the analytical method of space charge smoothed shot noise in the absence of magnetic field diodes many years ago. A first-order equation is used to describe the perturbation of the potential and the harmonically varying, current perturbations emitted from the cathode at a particular speed. Thus solving the perturbation problem of injection current at various possible speeds. The disturbance current reaching the anode is then combined to determine the spectral line density of the current.
