回顾5年来本院及市防痨科转诊肺结核病人情况,相当一部分转诊病人未按规定到防痨科复诊,或仅去防痨科登记一次,甚或根本未到防痨科交转诊卡。这些病人仍然不定期来我院门诊复查和取药。由于本院肺科门诊医生不固定,前来复诊的肺结核病人普遍存在不规则用药和过治现象。分析其原因:①人们对防痨机构任务不了解。②医院的设备、技术力量比防痨科强。③肺结核病人往往合并有其它疾病,故来本院看病
In the past five years, we reviewed the cases of pulmonary tuberculosis referral from our hospital and city anti-tuberculosis department. A considerable number of referral patients did not go to the anti-tuberculosis clinic for referral or only to the anti-tuberculosis clinic once or even to the anti-tuberculosis referral card . These patients still come to our hospital from time to time to review and take medicine. Because our hospital is not a regular clinic doctor of pulmonary disease, tuberculosis patients coming to referral are generally irregular medication and governance.
