本文提出一种用ICP-AES法直接测定高含量铱中微量铑,铂,钯,金的快迅分析方法。ICP工作参数由正交实验选出,在选定的工作条件下各被测元素的浓度线性区间分别为:Rh,0.3—100μgml~(-1);Pt,1.0—100μgml~(-1);Pd,1.0—100μgml~(-1);Au1.0—100μgml~(-1)。相应检测限分别为:Rh,0.086μgml~(-1);Pt,0.24μgml~(-1);Pt,0.17μgml~(-1);Au,0.063μgml~(-1)。它们的回收率一般在95—105%范围内。实验证明,本方法很适用于高纯铱精制过程的中控分析。
This paper presents a method for the direct determination of trace amounts of rhodium, platinum, palladium and gold in high-content iridium by ICP-AES. The working parameters of ICP were selected by orthogonal experiment. The linear range of the concentration of each element under the selected working conditions were as follows: Rh, 0.3-100μgml -1; Pt 1.0-100μgml -1; Pd, 1.0-100μgml -1; Au1.0-100μgml -1. The corresponding detection limits were as follows: Rh, 0.086μgml -1; Pt, 0.24μgml -1; Pt, 0.17μgml -1; Au, 0.063μgml -1. Their recovery is generally in the range of 95-105%. Experiments show that this method is suitable for high-purity iridium refining process control analysis.
