以湖北光敏核不育水稻农垦585(HPGMR)多种子为材料,在>0℃低温条件下贮藏,对某些生理生化特性的变化与贮藏时间的关系进行了探讨。结果发现:在该贮藏条件下的水稻种子的寿命一般为111个月;发芽率随贮藏时间增加而逐渐下降。萌动种子过氧化物酶活性随贮藏时间延长而呈下降趋势;除1987年外,其它各年种子的同工酶谱带未见明显差别。干种子浸提液中盐溶性蛋白质含量随贮藏时间增长而呈递减趋势。
The photosynthetic-nuclear-sterile rice Nongken 585 (HPGMR) seed from Hubei Province was used as material and stored at low temperature> 0 ℃. The relationship between some physiological and biochemical characteristics and storage time was discussed. The results showed that the longevity of rice seeds under this storage condition was generally 111 months; the germination rate gradually decreased with the increase of storage time. Peroxidase activity of germinating seeds showed a decreasing trend with the prolongation of storage time; except for 1987, there was no significant difference in the isozyme bands of seeds of other years. Salt-soluble protein content in dry seed extract decreased with the increase of storage time.
