人体角蛋白PAP(过氧化物酶抗过氧化物酶)免疫组织化学法对于肿瘤的鉴别诊断和分型具有一定的意义。该法近年来在国外已经开始普遍应用,我国一些学者亦开始从国外引进抗血清,探讨其在肿瘤研究中的价值。我们花了1年多时间,自制抗血清,一再摸索,建立了比较稳定的人体角蛋白PAP免疫组织化学法,并被应用于肺癌、鼻咽癌等肿瘤的病理学研究工作中,证实了它的可靠性。兹将该法介绍如下,以利于国内同道毋需花昂贵的外汇向国外购买抗血清,即能推广使用这种新的方法于肿瘤的诊断和研究中。
