在采访上海隧道工程股份有限公司的过程中,笔者对1992年以来上海隧道公司QC小组活动取得的200多项市级以上的成果奖感触特别深刻。一家公司平均每年能获得10多项市级以上OC小组成果奖,这要有多少的QC小组成果作基础!其旺盛的生命力的源泉在哪里?上海隧道公司的QC小组活动实践给予的回答是:不断创新。贴近公司的技术创新上海隧道公司就是这么一个十多年来,在QC小组活动方面不断创新的企业。
