改革开放以后,中国传媒行业伴随着经济发展的步伐迅猛发展,国家文化大发展、大繁荣战略的实施进一步助推了中国传媒企业的整体升级。在新形势下,众多中国传媒企业通过企业文化建设路径规划设计着自身的长足发展。本文通过对传媒企业文化建设的具体分析,提出了中国传媒企业文化建设对策,以期对业界的发展提供有益的帮助。
After the reform and opening up, the media industry in China accompanied by the rapid development of economic development, the great development of national culture, the implementation of the strategy of prosperity further boosted the overall upgrade of China’s media companies.
