医院绩效管理是医疗卫生服务中一类重要的系统。随着社会的不断发展,绩效管理在医院管理中的意义越来越重要。但目前有诸多公立医院绩效考核存在不足,仍受到各种因素的影响。因此,实施积极有效的绩效考核及管理制度至关重要,旨在最大限度将每一位医疗工作人员的职能发挥至最大化,从而增强医院的核心竞争力,促进其能够得到快速且长足的发展。
Hospital performance management is an important system in medical and health service. With the continuous development of society, the significance of performance management in hospital management is more and more important. However, there are many deficiencies in the performance appraisal of public hospitals and are still affected by various factors. Therefore, it is very important to implement a positive and effective performance appraisal and management system so as to maximize the functions of every medical staff so as to enhance their core competitiveness so that they can achieve rapid and substantial development .
