急性心肌梗塞(AMI)最初几天内由于肾上腺素和皮质激素分泌增加,血浆儿茶酚胺增高,可使血糖升高,或使原有的糖尿病加重。最近我们观察了31例AMI患者,发现有19例于应激状态下血糖升高(占61.3%),现报告如下。病例选择和测定结果一、一般情况:本组19例患者,男性14例,女性5例,年龄最小42岁,最大80岁,平均58.7岁。全部病例均根据临床症状、体征、心电图和血清酶值升高而确诊为AMI,病前无糖尿病病史。
