目的:建立巴豆中木兰花碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色潽法,Agilent EclipseXDB-C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,柱温30℃;体积流量1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长220 nm。结果:木兰花碱在(0.098~1.223)μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD为3.2%(n=6)。结论:该法简便快速,准确实用,可用于巴豆药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of magnolia flower in Croton. Methods: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was performed on an Agilent EclipseXDB-C18 column with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase at a column temperature of 30 ℃. The volume flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. RESULTS: Magnolinerine had good linearity (r = 0.999 7) in the range of (0.098-1.223) μg with an average recovery of 99.2% and a RSD of 3.2% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and practical and can be used for the quality control of croton medicine.
