文章以2000—2014年中国37个重点城市面板数据为基础,运用Dea-Malmquist指数法测算中国地方经济增长的全要素生产率,结果表明中国地方经济增长效率普遍较低。在对技术效率的分解中,文章使用纵向时间轴与横向时间轴同一时间段不同地方的双重比较分析,并在4种模式下分别构建效率——贡献度矩阵,以对不同模式下地方经济增长效率状态进行描述。研究发现,传统的增长模式以及经济效率、要素供给、经济结构、外部环境与转型经济的不匹配造成了中国地方经济增长效率普遍偏低的现状。文章据此分别提出不同模式下通过提高要素生产率与要素供给质量来提升经济增长潜力的路径。
Based on the panel data of 37 key cities in China from 2000 to 2014, the paper uses the Dea-Malmquist index to measure the total factor productivity of China’s local economic growth. The results show that the efficiency of local economic growth in China is generally low. In the disassembly of technical efficiency, this paper uses the double comparative analysis of different parts of the vertical time axis and the horizontal time axis in the same period of time, and constructs the efficiency-contribution matrix under the four models to evaluate the growth of local economy under different modes Efficiency status is described. The study finds that the traditional growth mode and the mismatch between economic efficiency, factor supply, economic structure, external environment and transitional economy have caused the generally low efficiency of local economic growth in China. Based on the above, the paper puts forward separately the path of enhancing economic growth potential through improving factor productivity and factor supply quality in different modes.
