人类和实验动物中,骨髓(BM)是产生抗体的主要部位,但这一观点至今仍未被人们普遍接受。为此,作者综述了有关材料。为了明确起见,作者把BM产生免疫球蛋白(Ig)和特异抗体的材料分别叙述。已有的材料均肯定了BM可以合成Ig。经短期培养的豚鼠、兔、猴和人的BM细胞,有Ig产生并向培养液内释放。对成年机体各处淋巴组织产生的Ig之定量测定,说明BM的产量最多,按整个器官计算更是如此。
In humans and laboratory animals, bone marrow (BM) is the main part of the production of antibodies, but this view has not yet been generally accepted. To this end, the author summarizes the material. For reasons of clarity, the authors describe the materials used to produce BM-producing immunoglobulins (Ig) and specific antibodies, respectively. The available materials all confirm that BM can synthesize Ig. After a short-term culture of guinea pig, rabbit, monkey and human BM cells, Ig is produced and released into the culture broth. The quantitative determination of Ig produced by lymphoid tissues throughout the adult body indicates that BM yields the most, calculated more than the entire organ.
