所谓柴油机过程,即通常所说的水温过高。不管是用海水直接冷却或用海水冷却淡水的设有热交换器柴油机,如6135柴油机,都存在水温过高问题。水温过高容易引起柴油机功率降低,运转不平稳,甚至会造成抱缸事故。这是轮机管理中应注意的问题。渔船上用的柴油机,由于冷却方式不同,产生过程的原因也不尽相同,现分述如下:
