目的:通过研究分析并探讨脑血管病变死亡案件在法医学上的特征特点。方法:选取2005年至2017年间160例发生脑血管病变死亡的案件,并对案件发生的特点、原因进行系统全面的回顾性鉴定,并进行统计学分析。结果:根据调查结果显示,160例案件中,男性死者比例远远高于女性,且这些死者中,于40至50岁年龄段的比例最高,从死者的职业范围来看,农民及工人占的比例最大。从死亡诱因来看,以情绪剧烈波动最多,且绝大多数的死者都表现出不同程度的蛛网膜下腔出血症状。从死者生前所患疾病来看,以患高血压和动脉硬化的人数最多,达到86例,其次是脑血管疾病及动脉瘤等。结论:患者的职业习惯、性别、患病类型和心理状态等因素都会影响脑血管病变死亡的发生,且在该病变死亡案的法医学中具有一定的特点和内在规律。
Objective: To study and analyze the characteristics of forensic medicine on the death of cerebrovascular disease. Methods: A total of 160 cases of death from cerebrovascular disease from 2005 to 2017 were selected. The characteristics and causes of the cases were retrospectively reviewed and statistically analyzed. Results: According to the survey, among 160 cases, the proportion of male dead is far higher than that of females, and among these dead, the highest is from 40 to 50 years of age. Conclusion: Factors such as occupational habits, sex, type of illness and psychological status affect the death of cerebrovascular disease and have certain characteristics and inherent laws in the forensic science of the death.
