大唐太原第二热电厂10#机组为上海汽轮机厂生产的高中合缸的机组,投产以来,该机组高中压平衡活塞汽封漏汽偏大,高中压轴端汽封泄漏严重,本次揭缸改造更换平衡活塞和端部汽封,同时在负压系统上查找漏点进行处理,使改造后的机组在热耗值和真空严密性上改进效果良好。利用侧齿汽封技术成功解决了高中压缸内漏严重的问题,接触式汽封解决了端部汽封外漏的问题,良好的改造效果为同类型机组提供重要借鉴。
Datang Taiyuan No.2 Thermal Power Plant Unit 10 is a high school combined cylinder unit produced by Shanghai Steam Turbine Works. Since its commencement of operation, the leakage of high and medium pressure balance piston seal of this unit has been too large.
