目的对应用不同干预模式对患有脑内微小病变的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法抽取76例患有脑内微小病变的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组38例。采用常规西医干预方式对对照组患者实施治疗;采用中西医结合干预方式对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者脑内微小病变治疗效果明显优于对照组;影像学表现复常时间和临床治疗总时间明显短于对照组。结论应用中西医结合干预方式对患有脑内微小病变的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To study the clinical effects of different interventions on the treatment of patients with intracerebral micro-lesion. Methods Totally 76 patients with intracranial micro-lesions were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with an average of 38 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by routine Western intervention. The patients in the treatment group were treated by the intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Results The treatment effect of intracranial micro-lesions in treatment group was better than that in control group. The imaging time and the total time of clinical treatment were significantly shorter than those in control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of applying TCM-WM intervention on patients with intracerebral micro-lesion is very obvious.
