改革开放20年来,在经济高速增长的背景下,中国引进外资取得了突破性进展。然而林业利用外资水平低,发展滞后。随着新世纪的到来和世界各国对环境的日益关注,我国林业利用外资迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。林业利用外资具有其必然性和可行性,对我国林业发展具有重要意义。通过对我国林业利用外资现存问题的分析,提出了发展战略的对策。
In the past 20 years of reform and opening up, with the rapid economic growth, China made breakthroughs in the introduction of foreign capital. However, the level of utilization of foreign capital in forestry is low and the development lags behind. With the advent of the new century and the growing concern of the world over the environment, the utilization of foreign investment in forestry in our country has ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. The use of foreign capital in forestry has its inevitability and feasibility and is of great significance to the development of forestry in our country. Through the analysis of the existing problems of forestry utilizing foreign capital in our country, the countermeasures of developing strategy are put forward.
