前言工频炉熔炼合金的特点是电磁搅拌能力强,合金液的氧化和吸气量大。我厂熔炼铝青铜以前常用氯化锌除气。由于氯化锌吸湿性强,除气效果差,而且毒气大,污染环境,直接影响着操作工人的身体健康。为此,我们在熔炼铝青铜时以向炉中吹氩(氮)气代替氯化锌除气。处理过程中产生的气体(氢气、氨气、氮气)基本无毒,无腐蚀性,而且对铜液的净化也起到了一定作用。一、处理工艺的基本原理高质龄的铜液一般应符合下列三个要求:①化学成分合格,铜液成分均匀。②气体的氧化夹杂,熔剂夹杂物少。③精炼良好。
Preface The frequency furnace smelting alloy is characterized by strong electromagnetic stirring capacity, oxidation and inspiratory volume of the alloy liquid. I used to melt aluminum bronze before the commonly used zinc chloride gas. As zinc chloride hygroscopicity, out of gas poor, and toxic gas, pollute the environment, a direct impact on the health of workers. For this purpose, we used argon (nitrogen) gas instead of zinc chloride to degas the furnace while smelting aluminum bronze. The gas (hydrogen, ammonia, nitrogen) generated during the treatment is basically non-toxic and non-corrosive, and also plays a role in the purification of copper liquor. First, the basic principles of processing technology High-quality copper liquid should generally meet the following three requirements: ① qualified chemical composition, copper liquid composition. ② gas oxidation inclusions, inclusions less flux. ③ refining well.
