人才培养模式不断发展与创新是当今社会教育改革向前推进的重要内容。借鉴古代游学制度发展而来的现代“游学制”正是在这种教育大趋势下应运而生的。为了推进游学制在现代教育中对人才培养显示出积极有效的作用,需要去建立一些有效的制度和实行一些措施。其中校际互认工作是“游学制”顺利进行的一个具体措施。其在“游学制”培养现代化人才方面具有显赫的地位。本文从介绍“游学制”人才培养模式的基本情况下,针对在使用“游学制”培养人才下的校际互认工作深入思考,总结出几个顺利推行校际互认工作的方案。
The continuous development and innovation of personnel training mode is an important part of education reform in our society. It is from this great trend of education that emerged from the development of the modern “study tour system” based on the ancient study tour system.
