现代学徒制的校企合作模式是校企合作双赢的长效机制,构建现代学徒制的物业管理专业校企合作模式将推进物业管理专业人才培养模式与新型高职专业建设接轨。本文结合现代学徒制的物业管理专业校企合作模式构建的可行性分析,提出现代学徒制的物业管理专业校企合作模式结构与保障机制。
The modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperation mode is a long-term mechanism of win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises. Constructing a modern apprenticeship property management school-enterprise cooperation mode will promote the property management professionals training mode with the new higher vocational education. Based on the feasibility analysis of the modern apprenticeship system of property management major in school-enterprise cooperation, this paper puts forward the structure and guarantee mechanism of the modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperation mode of property management major.
