以92份柑桔品种资源花粉为试材,观察和分析了不同品种资源的花粉量和花粉粒大小的基本情况,以期为生产上授粉树的配置以及杂交育种和相关领域研究提供理论支持。结果表明:不同资源花粉量和花粉粒大小存在差异,花粉量的聚类分析将所有供试样品分为3类,并且有6份资源存在2n花粉。
92 varieties of pollen of citrus cultivars were used as experimental materials to observe and analyze the basic situation of pollen amount and pollen grain size of different varieties of resources in order to provide theoretical support for the configuration of pollination trees in production and hybrid breeding and related fields. The results showed that there were differences in pollen amount and pollen grain size among different resources. Cluster analysis of pollen quantity divided all the tested samples into three categories, and 6 pollen grains were found in 6 resources.
