为了把劳动教育貫穿到学校的各項活动中去,学校首先組織教师进行了劳动教育的意义的辯論,統一了思想認識。并要求团队工作根据团中央提出的“三項活动”,圍繞劳动教育訂出“万能双手”、“向科技进軍”等活动計划;强調了班主任必須上好生产劳动課,每节課既要有明确的教育目的,也要有适合兒童年龄特征的活动內容。此外还組織教师討論了各科教学如何联系生产实际。
