油田开发过程中 ,由于注入水的腐蚀、结垢及水质不达标 ,给油田开发带来了一系列问题。结合临南油田污水特点 ,在分析油田腐蚀、结垢原因的基础上 ,通过向污水中加入一定比例的特制复合碱SH— 3、助凝剂CH— 2、混凝剂AN— 4等 3种药剂 ,改变其酸碱度 ,破坏污水的电解平衡 ,从而大大减轻腐蚀和结垢倾向。该项污水水质改性技术在临南油田进行了实验研究和应用 ,解决了多年来困扰油田生产的腐蚀、结垢问题 ,水质改性处理工艺简单 ,流程改动少 ,药品成本低 ,经济效益显著。改性后的水质指标基本达到SY5 32 9— 94B3 类标准
